You can manage your email subscriptions or unsubscribe from all marketing communications through the link at the bottom of each promotional email or by logging into the My Account section on the website.

If you wish to terminate your paid membership, you can do so by logging into My Account on the website and cancelling your membership and/or by following the instructions in the renewal email (if applicable in your jurisdiction) or by reaching out to our Customer Service team.

WARNING: Please be aware that deleting your personal data is irreversible and will affect the services Travelzoo provides you. Deleting your account means that you will no longer receive exclusive emails with access to the best travel, entertainment, and lifestyle deals. You will lose all subscriptions, purchase details, and vouchers in your account.

• If you wish to unsubscribe from newsletters instead, you can do so through the link at the bottom of each promotional email or by logging into My Account on the website
• If you wish to terminate your paid membership subscription, you can do so by logging into My Account on the website and cancelling your membership and/or by following the instructions in the renewal email (if applicable in your jurisdiction) or by reaching out to our Customer Service team. Please cancel any active memberships before requesting a deletion of your data. Once you have submitted a data deletion request, we can no longer process any refunds.
• If you wish to have specific personal data deleted, rather than all data we hold about you, please select the “Rectification of personal data” option under “Your request”. This will allow you to specify the exact information you would like us to remove, ensuring we address your request accurately.

Deleted information is not recoverable: We are not responsible for your loss of any information, purchases, and other items listed above. No refunds or credit will be issued to you in connection with the loss or deletion of any of the above.

Please note that the right of deletion is subject to exceptions and limitations. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information for which we no longer have a legal basis for processing. We may not be able to grant your request in full.
